Luggage Storage points: We have 3 luggage storage offices in the center of Seville. You can choose the one you prefer in the booking form. The following are the opening hours of each office to pick up your baggage. For baggage drop-off, the available hours are those indicated on the booking calendar:
A) Our Tourism Office in calle Trajano nº6 (from 8:00h to 20:00h)
B) Our Tourism Office in calle Alfonso XII nº35 (from 9:30h to 18:30h. Sunday from 9:30h to 14:30h)
C) Our Tourism Office in calle Francos nº19 (from 9:00h to 21:00h)
Cancelations: Free cancellation policy.
FAQ’s
Confirmation voucher: Once your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive an email with your booking voucher. You can print it out or download it to your smartphone/tablet to show it on the day of your booking. It will also be enough to present your identity card or passport.
