Join us to enjoy this Seville to Doñana National Park 2 days trip in order to get familiared with the most important Nature Reserve in Europe.
We will discover all the ecosystems in the Doñana National Park as the marshes, the forests or the beaches. We will have the opportinuty to watch endangered animals as the Imperial Eagle or the Iberian Lynx.
Our tour will start picking you up from your accommodation in Seville. After few minutes, we will make our first stop in the Sevillian town of Coria del Río, the northern area of the Doñana National Park.
There we will have the opportunity to enjoy the largest white stork colony in Europe in the most important rice marsh in Spain, where we will see a lot of birds.
This marshland is home every year of more than 200,000 individuals from more than 300 species of birds.
We will continue through the northern area of the Doñana National Park until we reach to the village of El Rocío.
We will visit its famous Sanctuary, where the Virgen del Rocío is inside. In this town, one of the most important religious pilgrimages in the world takes place every year.
After our visit to the village of El Rocío, we will take a walk around the Palacio del Acebrón where we will get familiared with another ecosystem of Doñana, the dark forest.
After this walk, we will make a break for lunch, where you can enjoy your own food or follow the recommendations of our guide to have lunch at one of the typical bars in the area and enjoy the Andalusian gastronomy.
After lunch, we will go to see another of the ecosystems of the National Park, the beach of Doñana. With more than 30 kms, makes it the longest virgin beach in Spain. It has the peculiarity of its mobile dunes that we will also have the opportunity to visit.
Following our tour and to take advantage of the sunset, we will travel in 4×4 one of the wooded areas of the national park with more probability of wildlife sighting. If we are lucky, we will have the opportunity to see the most threatened feline of the planet, the Iberian Lynx. In the afternoon we will arrive at our accommodation located at the edge of the national park where we can rest until the next day in the middle of nature.
The next day, after a breakfast (included in the accommodation), we will enjoy the sunrise going to the Acebuche visitor center to make an unforgettable tour in the area through the Doñana National Park.
We will arrive to the mouth of the Guadalquivir river in front of the Cádiz town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda. We will visit the marshes, the mobile dunes and the preserves where we can see many animals to complete our morning visit.
Well-known this zone, we will return to make our last stop in the village of El Rocío. After lunch, we will return in Seville after having completely known the Doñana National Park.
